The location is excellent and amazing, not very far from Gooshe Aike. Staff is excellent and amicable and you can park your car onsite.

Our room was amazingly comfortable for the value, and we liked having access to wake-up service. A safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini bar fridge were appreciated.
A little tired bathroom, somewhat small room, we were a little disappointed.

Newly renovated venue, magnificent location not far from many good restaurants, supermarkets and bars, the Laguna Nimez, and right the downtown, loved our stay. The room was warm & great-sized for the value. The breakfasts with many options👍

Big size hotel with satisfactory breakfast and reasonably good staff. Stocked and reasonably large room overall, for the value. Location: convenient, next to the downtown, the lake and a number of restaurants and the lake. Also, in centre of Calafate. Efficient check-in, parking on site.

This hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms and basic amenities. The location is very central, making it easy to explore the city and use the free WiFi. The staff are friendly and the breakfast, although typical for the region, is adequate.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just in the centre of El Calafate. It is great, right around the corner from the center of the bar and restaurant strip. Everything is within walking distance from the centre, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff at this hotel is very helpful and the basic amenities provided in the rooms were really nice, including good heating which was helpful to dry clothes after our excursions.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

We had a great experience during our trip in Patagonia. The hotel we stayed at offered very spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as a friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the natural decor of our room and appreciated the hot and high-pressure showers. One of the best aspects of this hotel was its location, within easy walking distance to many attractions in town. We also appreciated the fresh fruit offered at breakfast.
While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few negative aspects. Our room featured a shower with a glass wall that was not wide enough, causing the bathroom to become wet after use.
